  Documents:

In order to get a comprehensive picture of who you are, we need you to provide a cover letter, a current CV as well as your most recent references and certificates – in German or English. Your application will, of course, be treated confidentially.

  How to apply:

Apply online via our recruitment portal. If you have all of your documents ready, it should take 10 minutes max. We will then confirm receipt of your documents via email.

  Documents check:

Does your profile match the position? Your documents will be looked at and reviewed internally – this usually takes between one to six weeks.

  1 Meeting (business and technical/production-related):

Your documents have impressed us – now we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview which should last approx. 1 hour. Your interviewers will be from the specialist department and HR.

  2 Meeting (business and technical):

It is very important to us that we’re a good match for each other. That’s why we often hold a second interview, during which you will meet two more JOST employees.

  Trial day (production-related):

It is very important to us that you have a good idea of what to expect from your future day-to-day work. That’s why we often give you the opportunity to shadow colleagues from your department for a few hours and, if possible, to have a go at some work.

  Travel expenses:

We will, of course, refund the costs that you incur – whether you arrive by public transport or by car.

  Response:

We will contact you via phone or email with the outcome.
